Domestic Return Policy:

TheLittleRedDoor is 100% committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase if we are made aware within 14 days of the ship date - within original packaging. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.

1: Email littlereddoor2022@hotmail.com with your order number to receive your return authorisation. Returns are at the buyers expense. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, please email littlereddoor2022@hotmail.com – keep the item and all damaged packing safe, as proof of damage will be required by the courier service. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may return the item/s using carrier of their choice.

2: UK and non-EU European countries, buyer has 14 days to notify us that they want to return an item and then another 14 days for us to receive it. Outside Europe, notify us within 14 days and return within 30 days. Refunds will be given once items are returned to us in the same condition they were sent out in. Returns are to be made at the buyer's expense.

3: To cancel an order, please contact TheLittleRedDoor as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

4: We do not accept any returns if not notified within 14 days from ship date.

Shipping and Delivery:

What You Need to Know...

All order are shipped as soon as possible and via royal mail or DPD (Depending on the weight of the parcel),  please be aware orders places on a Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Customs Charges/Import Fees:

Customs charges and/ or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and the value of any items shipped overseas (outside the UK) will be declared honestly by us on the customs form. If a item is returned to me as a result of unpaid customs fees, the buyer will be refunded minus postage costs.
